This is really high quality. The entire back of it is magnetic, so it's sticks GREAT to the fridge.
I plan on setting my meals up for the next week on Sunday nights. It's SO much easier than trying to figure out each day... "what are we going to eat tonight". And if it gets too stressful, we eat out! Which isn't as good for us and much more expensive!
I love how much room I have to write out the meal on each day, and it includes a shopping list area. And a notes area!
